Harold D. Cullick, PE, LEED AP Principal:

Harold Cullick is a Registered, Professional Mechanical Engineer in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, and Louisiana.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional, ASHRAE Certified Operations and Performance Management Professional and a licensed heating, ventilating and air conditioning  contractor in California.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Alberta.  He has over 20 years experience in Mechanical Engineering and Design and an additional 10 plus years in construction project and design management.  He has personally managed up to $50-$60M complete projects and over $150M portions of billion dollar plus projects.

Harold Cullick has experience in projects large and small, over a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications during 20 years in consulting engineering.  He has managed design/build projects as the Engineer and Project Manager.  He has performed contract negotiations and material/equipment purchasing for Owners, engineering firms and mechanical contractors.  He has experience in Startup/Commissioning for mechanical/HVAC systems for peak energy performance and operational stability.  He has coordinated with the Developer and the Construction Management companies.  Association with ASHRAE, AFE, NSPE, USGBC, NCEES, CALCERTS, CABEC.
